"No taxi arrived at the booked time. I called the number given for the taxi company (Prorides) and was told that the journey had been rejected by them at 2041 hrs the previous evening. I received no notification of this cancellation and had to book an uber taxi at short notice which ended up costing me a lot more. I have used taxi code for the last 4 years, but I won't ever use you again after being let down like this. I look forward to receiving my refund and an apology for the inconvenience and lack of service."
